Employment Opportunities
The developer, having committed to a one-hundred percent (100%) union job site, is further committed to ensuring 30% of construction-related jobs are targeted for local area residents. A 15% Inglewood resident apprenticeship goal has been established to provide inexperienced workers an opportunity to develop skills and work on the project. All tradespeople on the project will be required to have current membership in unions within the Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council.

The team has also partnered with Inglewood One Stop Construction and Utilities Pathways Program (CUPP) to provide training and job placement for individuals either currently a member of or interested in joining a union.
CUPP is specifically designed to identify prospective employees, provide worker orientations and identify opportunities to connect workers into training programs associated with the Building and Trades and Carpenters Unions for future employment. Inglewood Hollywood Park Casino Jobs Los Angeles
This project provides subcontracting opportunities for Minority and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (MBE/DBE). There is a goal of thirty percent (30%) MBE/DBE participation, with a minimum of eighteen percent (18%). Turner AECOM-Hunt Joint Venture will review qualifications from registered vendors throughout all construction phases for subsequent opportunities. Although no specific goal has been set, the project will maximize efforts to use local Inglewood businesses whenever possible.

Hollywood Park Inglewood Artist Registry
The Hollywood Park Inglewood Artist Registry is now open for submission by Inglewood-based individual artists and non-profit arts organizations in the visual, performing, media, and literary arts. Please distribute this link to artists/NPAO’s living/located in, working, and/or maintaining a studio/performance venue in Inglewood.
Overview
An Inglewood Artist and Non-Profit Arts Organization Registry is being established as a resource for SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park for ongoing temporary and permanent artworks, cultural programming and site activation over the next ten years. The purpose is for Hollywood Park to connect with the creative people who live, work, or maintain a studio in Inglewood. As opportunities arise, the Hollywood Park public art consultant team may solicit proposals from artists and arts organizations on the registry. In addition, specific opportunities may allow for a notification to be sent to everyone on the Artist Registry indicating the project scope and application procedures. Artists who apply will be reviewed by an Ad Hoc Panel which may include members from the creative community of the City of Inglewood, representatives of the Hollywood Park project team, and independent arts professionals.
